He of Essentalism fame, one of my favorite books of all time. Spoke with him for a few minutes before his presentation and he indeed a cool dude.
I asked him how he would tackle writing a book about my favorite “Great-Never” Sidney Frank (a growing dream of mine) and he gave me some tips on writing articles and using twitter.
Then he proceeded to have a rough time presenting to my business group in Vancouver, with several people telling him his examples were wrong before he could even finish, and others telling him what they didn’t like about his book in a Q+A.
Entrepreneurs can be a tough crowd.
But he was great from where I was sitting. And it’s a great book that’s part of my once a year “Re-Read Club.”
Thanks for the advice Greg
